Job Description:
POSITION
Summary: The Trim and Finish position has the responsibility to work safely, maintain a positive attitude, be respectful to all and focus efforts and abilities towards building a quality product in the time allocated. The Trim and Finish position transforms raw materials and purchased parts into completed products.
Essential Functions:Performs Standard Work and any Supervisor/Lead requests Follows all Safety ProceduresPerforms finishing operations on parts to produce a finished product.Identifies and reports any scrapped product. Packages and skids finished product. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED EXPERIENCE/
Qualifications:Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: Ability to read and write.Basic computer skillsAbility to use hand tools and measuring equipment.
