Sales Manager
Our client needs a sales Manager to lead the organization in the Midwest. This plant is in the greater Springfield, Mo area. This position is responsible for managing the internal sales team as well as the startup / outside sales team. For the right candidate this could be the opportunity to be part of the leadership team on the ground floor. The right person should be ambitious and understand the sales process to strategically assist the marketing manager to promote the company's product offering. You should have 2 to 4 years of management experience coaching your direct reports and promoting strong customer relationships for a true partnership. Success in this role is measured by achieving and supporting the division's new business development initiatives by proactively engaging the selling activities through training, sales support and solving customer problems. Support sales reps with pre-call preparation and assisting with the development of presentations and proposals that help sales deliver effective value-added solutions to the customer
Salary Range:
$90K -- $110K
